Bicycling to Work Safely
May 25th, 2008 | By John Lucas | Category: Bicycle SafetyAs the weather warms up, we may be inclined to start presenting programs aimed at bicycle safety. This year, the energy crisis adds a new twist and an opportunity for us to promote this important safety topic to a broader audience.
Gasoline prices continue to soar and this will ultimately mean that consumers will look for alternative means of transportation. For many, this may come in the form of a bicycle. John Goerzen at The Changelog blogs about How to Start Bicycling to Work. His article just might be the idea spark that helps you tap into a new market for promoting bicycle safety.

Hello John,
You are right, we are going to start seeing a lot more bicycles on the road now due to the fuel costs.
There will be many more novice riders on the road and they need to learn the rules of the road and how to bicycle safely. The article by John Goerzen is very informative and I recommend reading it. I will be putting links to Bicycling safety on my webpage to try to help educate the new riders on the road.
