LiveStream Channel Launched by FireEducator
FireEducator is pleased to announce the arrival of our LiveStream video channel. Live events, eAcademy training videos and sample webinar content are just a few of the great items that our video channel will feature. Current eAcademy users will be able to access the LiveStream channel directly in the training center very soon.

Support Center Launched
The FireEducator team offers several methods for providing user support for the eAcademy. As part of our continued efforts to provide our clients and their members easy to use training software, we’ve implemented a new support center that includes a knowledgebase, live support chat and a helpdesk/support ticket system.
The support center is available from the FireEducator website as well as directly from within the eAcademy training system. Users are only a click away from help.

FireEducator Announces Partnership With Tough Jobs, Inc.
Fire Educator entered the marketplace nationally spring of 2010 and since then we have experienced a tremendously warm welcome from fire and emergency serviceprofessionals.
